Niklas Kirchner is a doctoral researcher at the Professorship for Practical Philosophy at the ETH Zürich since November 2022. Before that he worked for about three years as a strategy consultant at PD, Germany`s public sector in-house consultancy. From 2018 to 2019 he was a scientific employee at the Institute for Business Informatics and New Media and the Sustainable Computing Lab at the University of Economics and Business in Vienna. The year before, he was a trainee at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Fundamental and Human Rights also in Vienna. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth and M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Vienna. During his master studies he received a graduate scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and a merit-based scholarship from the University of Vienna.
